President
With over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Vincent Ciro serves as the President of Growth Properties Hospitality Management, a role he has held since June 2019. In this capacity, Vincent is responsible for shaping the company’s strategic vision, overseeing operations, and ensuring optimal resource allocation across the organization. Under his leadership, Growth Properties has consistently met and exceeded performance goals, delivering exceptional results for owners and investors alike.
Vincent began his tenure with Growth Properties in November 2001 as Vice President, where he played a pivotal role in driving the company’s overall productivity and profitability. His deep understanding of operational efficiency, combined with a passion for fostering collaboration among departments, has contributed to the organization’s sustained success over the years.

Elizabeth Cimino
Executive Vice
President
Elizabeth Cimino brings nearly two decades of expertise in sales, marketing, and revenue management to her role as Executive Vice President of Growth Properties Hospitality Management. Since 2006, she has been instrumental in driving the sales and marketing strategies for the company’s diverse portfolio, which includes IHG, Marriott, Choice, and boutique hotels. Elizabeth’s responsibilities encompass consulting on sales and revenue strategies, implementing annual marketing plans, and establishing best practices to enhance revenue growth and departmental efficiency at the hotel level.
Before stepping into her executive leadership role, Elizabeth held key positions within the organization, including Director of Sales and Marketing at Holiday Inn Cherry Hill and Hampton Inn Philadelphia Northeast/Bensalem. In these roles, she successfully developed and executed comprehensive marketing plans, while training and mentoring sales teams to achieve outstanding results. Her career began in sales management, where she excelled in capturing business from corporate, government, and group markets.
Elizabeth’s deep understanding of hospitality sales and her commitment to operational excellence make her a driving force behind the continued success and growth of Growth Properties Hospitality Management.
