Growth Properties signs second Holiday Inn located in North Carolina

Growth Properties Hotel Management Company, a Pennsylvania based management company, has entered into an agreement with the Holiday Inn Fayetteville I95 South. This hotel is the second Holiday Inn managed in Fayetteville and represents it’s fourth Holiday Inn under management. The Holiday Inn Fayetteville I95 has 198 hotel rooms and 14,000 square feet of function space.

Growth Properties signs two hotel deal in Georgia

Growth Properties Hotel Management Company, has entered into an hotel management agreement with the Holiday Inn Express and Comfort Inn located in Cornelia, GA. These hotels are 64 rooms each both with Select Services. The Holiday Inn Express recently underwent a major renovation and the Comfort Inn is scheduled for renovation in 2009,

December 16, 2008 – Growth Properties Hospitality Management, a Pennsylvania based management company, has entered into an agreement, with the Best Western in Pottstown, PA. This agreement bolsters the presence of Growth Properties within Pennsylvania. The facets of the agreement will begin January 1, 2009.

This Best Western features 122 guest rooms and meeting space to accommodate up to 50 guests. The property has recently completed a major renovation, including all guest rooms and public space. The property is conveniently located near Waterfront Park and only five miles from the Philadelphia Premium Outlets.

November 21, 2008 – Growth Properties Hospitality Management, a Pennsylvania based management company, has entered into an agreement, with the Hampton Inn & Suites in Amarillo, Texas.

This Hampton Inn & Suites features 82 guest rooms and over 800 square feet of meeting space. The property is conveniently located near the Amarillo Botanical Gardens and Historic Route 66 Shopping District.

Signs Agreement in Media, PA

November 3, 2008 – Growth Properties Hospitality Management, a Pennsylvania based management company, has entered into an agreement, with the former McIntosh Inn, located in Media, PA.

The property will be converted into a national franchise, with details to be released at a later date. The property features 84 guest rooms with a full service restaurant on property. The hotel is located near Longwood Gardens, Villanova University and other highly traveled historic districts.

Enters Agreement with Days Inn Gettysburg, PA

June 24, 2008 – Growth Properties Hospitality Management, a Pennsylvania based management company, has entered into agreement with the Days Inn, located in Gettysburg, PA. This addition adds to the Wyndham properties managed by Growth Properties, including the Wingate by Wyndham in Harrisburg, PA.
